Creating the Right Environment
Creating the right environment includes selecting the appropriate location and setting the stage for the right conversations. We will work with you to select the venue for your meeting. Some sessions are best conducted at a conference center with wireless technology and many breakout rooms and others at a location where there is outdoor space and the perfect setting for a paired walk, teambuilding activities or an evening campfire.

When people are comfortable with each other, when there is trust, and when there is time to think and discuss, rapid progress can be made. Giving busy people time to think about how to improve what they do generates amazing ideas. It is our philosophy that if you gather a group of smart people together, they can usually solve their own problems. The agenda will be designed to enhance personal connections and increase trust. Once relationships are established and trust is developed, there is momentum for continued progress.
