Using input from the sponsoring executive and information gathered from the interview and focus group process, we design an agenda that addresses the themes that are most important and will achieve the desired outcomes. The agenda will be varied and highly interactive. We will move quickly unless the group decides it would be productive to spend more time on a specific topic.

At the end of the first day, people will feel great about what has been accomplished and will be excited about coming back to continue the process.
