Appreciative Inquiry
Using the concepts of Appreciative Inquiry, we will focus on "what is right" and build on each other's strengths as individuals and as a team. Rather than dwelling on problems, we focus on strengths, potential and opportunity. This process is very uplifting and reveals powerful ideas. We will talk about what it was that contributed to past success and build on those themes as we look towards the future. Appreciative Inquiry uses the power of questions and conversation to engage our imagination, which in turn influences actions and enables groups to construct a compelling vision for the future.

We will often incorporate this concept in feedback discussions to focus on what team members most appreciate about each other.
