One-on-One Feedback Sessions
Depending on the design of the program and the size of the group, participants may have private, brief conversations with other team members. After hearing a short �lecturette� about feedback, they will talk about what he or she appreciates about the other person and what they need from that person to be more successful. This is done once trust is established and often proves to be a very powerful component of the agenda. As a byproduct, this exercise teaches the valuable skill of giving and receiving feedback.
